The Training and Placement Cell of C E Cherthala is a student coordinated body which works under the principal and the placement officers. It functions as a launching platform for qualified candidates in realizing their dreams. TPC invited a wide range of organizations to the campus and offer services to the students in making intelligent and well-informed career choices. The office functions exclusively for facilitating students placements in various organizations before they pass out from the college.

The placement record of the college in the past years is commendable, the Training and Placement Cell regularly conducts programs for improving the technical and communication skills of the students. The recruiters for the last year include Cognizant, Accenture, Infoview, Mphasis, IBM, WIPRO, Experion etc.

This record is in spite of the global slowdown in the IT sector, indicates the efficiency of the training and placement cell in activities for improving the employability of the students.
