The Program

Mathematics is a Natural Modeling Language. There have been a lot of research activities going on in the area of Mathematical Modeling, such as Anthropology, Artificial intelligence, Origin of the universe, Humane genome project , Molecular modeling , Blood circulation models , Neural networks etc. This Faculty Development Programme is focused on Mathematical Bio-Modeling and also includes Mathematical Modeling by Differential Equations, Modeling through Case studies and some Mathematical Modeling areas where there is active research.

30 km from the Ernakulam City, take diversion from Aroor Temple Junction to Pallipuram or 7 km from Cherthala Town; Take the Cherthala - Pallipuram - Arukutty route.


The College is 8 km from Cherthala Railway station, the only railway station in Kerala facing the NH 47. You can reach CEC by buses from Chrthala bus stand.


Spare 12 min by Ferry through Vembanadulake from Vaikom Ferry and reach Thavanakadavu. Autos are available from Thavanakkadavu to CEC.
